In the offseason the Seattle Seahawks made wholesale changes at receiver and quarterback, trading DK Metcalf and Geno Smith, and released Tyler Lockett.
Metcalf has performed well so far with Aaron Rodgers
throwing him the ball for the Pittsburgh Steelers, while Lockett failed to make much of an impact with the Tennessee Titans, catching just ten passes for 70 yards this season before requesting his release earlier in October.
Meanwhile Smith and former Seahawks coach Pete Carroll have struggled with the Las Vegas Raiders, and according to reports early Monday morning, Lockett is set to join Carroll and Smith in Vegas.
As such, Lockett is set to move from the 32nd-ranked scoring offense in the league with the Titans to the 31st-ranked scoring offense with the Raiders, and will now look to help Geno and Carroll right the ship for the Raiders.
Las Vegas had a bye in Week 8, just as the Seahawks did, and in Week 9 will take host the Jacksonville Jaguars at Allegiant Stadium.
