On Tuesday, head coach Mike LaFleur told the media that the Cardinals starters will play this week in their second preseason game. That includes quarterback Jacoby Brissett and first-round pick Jeremiyah Love.
“They’re going to play,” LaFleur said. “How much? It’s not going to be much. One drive, max of two for those main guys.”
If you’re looking forward to seeing more from rookie passer Carson Beck, it remains to be seen how many snaps he’ll receive behind both Brissett and veteran Gardner Minshew.
More than likely, he’ll play most of, if not, the entire second half.
