The San Francisco Giants welcome the San Diego Padres to Oracle Park tonight to begin a three-game weekend series. And just a heads up that this game is only available on Apple TV.
Taking the mound for the Giants will be right-hander Anthony Molina, who enters tonight’s game with a 1.88 ERA, 3.52 FIP, with 13 strikeouts to two walks in 14.1 innings pitched. His last start was in the Giants’ 9-5 win over the New York Mets on Saturday, in which he allowed two unearned runs on one hit with six strikeouts and a walk in five
innings.
He’ll be facing off against our good friend and now Padres left-hander Robbie Ray, who enters tonight’s game with a 3.39 ERA, 4.68 FIP, with 127 strikeouts to 77 walks in 151.1 innings pitched between the Giants and Padres this season. His last start was in the Padres’ 5-1 loss to the New York Yankees on Saturday, in which he allowed five runs on five hits with one strikeout and four walks in two and a third innings.
