Bayern Munich’s search for a young forward for the future could turn to the second tier of German football.

The youngster is only in his first season regularly starting for the Karlsruher first team and has scored five goals in 11 league matches. He did supply a 68th-minute finish in that 3-3 draw with Dynamo Dresden that Bayern scouts attended. Perhaps he made a lasting impression?
