The Portland Trail Blazers’ 2026 Summer League Schedule has been released. The Blazers released the slate via X today. Matchups include the Phoenix Suns, Orlando Magic, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Denver Nuggets. A fifth game will be added based on the results of the annual Las Vegas Tournament.
Here’s the rundown of opponents and times:
When riding in the back of a Ford Explorer taking a tour of Jurassic Park, Dr. Ian Malcolm ostensibly
noticed there weren’t any dinosaurs present along each species’ paddocks.
“Now, eventually you do plan to have dinosaurs on your dinosaur tour, right?”
The feeling is similar when it comes to this year’s Blazers summer league team. Without a draft pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, summer league for Portland feels a bit like an afterthought.
However, take solace in knowing last year’s first round draft pick, Yang Hansen, should be anchoring this band of merry misfits. His first mate appears to be Barry Dunning , an undrafted 6’6” wing from Pittsburgh. He’s been signed to an Exhibit 10 contract (a non-guaranteed training camp deal.)
We should be hearing about the rest of the crew in the coming days. There may be some Rip City Remix and two-way players like Chris Youngblood and Jayson Kent participating. After that it will be an amalgamation of players trying to get into the NBA in some fashion. There might be a recognizable local player, and there might even be a guy who’s had some NBA run in the past who’s keeping his dream alive.
