During the 2025/26 campaign, Jamal Musiala only played one full match for Bayern Munich. He came back early from a vicious leg injury against PSG in the FIFA Club World Cup, but never really looked to be himself. He only scored five goals in 24 appearances, and often looked out of shape.
Fast forward to this month, where Musiala has scored in consecutive starts for the first time since November 2024. He is playing smoother, and with more confidence and endurance.
After Bayern’s 7-0 demolition of Union
Berlin (via @iMiaSanMia), Musiala was happy to talk about it.
“Every win and every game needs a lot of hard work and energy,” said Musiala. “I feel so good, every game is a step forward for me. I managed to play 90 minutes, which I haven’t done for some time. I’m looking forward to what’s coming.”
Bayern fans are relishing Musiala’s recent form, along with the improved play of Alphonso Davies, Michael Olise, and Joshua Kimmich.
