Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is just one day away from the upcoming UFC 328 mixed martial arts (MMA) event on Paramount+, headlined by the middleweight title fight pitting reigning champion Khamzat Chimaev against former division titleholder Sean Strickland. Elsewhere on the card, which pops off Sat. night (May 9, 2026) from inside Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, flyweight champion Joshua Van puts his 125-pound strap on the line against once-beaten Japanese phenom Tatsuro Taira.
But before they can fight, they must first weigh in.
The UFC 328 early (and official) weigh ins will stream LIVE from the promotion’s host hotel in the embedded video above starting promptly at 9 a.m. ET. The festivities are expected to last roughly two hours but could end much earlier depending on how quickly all 26 fighters get to the scale. The promotion will also stage the UFC 328 ceremonial weigh ins later tonight (complete with fighter staredowns) live from Prudential Center in Newark beginning at 6 p.m. ET. Note: New Jersey Athletic Commission affords a one-pound allowance in non-title fights, but championship contests must return exact weights, no exceptions.
