Portland Trail Blazers backup center Robert Williams III is no longer listed on the injury report ahead of a Monday night matchup against the Denver Nuggets on the road, the team announced Sunday.
Williams had missed Portland’s 123-104 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday due to left knee injury management. He was upgraded to questionable to play against the Utah Jazz on Saturday afternoon, and he ultimately suited up in the 112-90 Portland win. The 6-foot-9 big man produced three points, three rebounds,
one assist, one steal and a block in 14 minutes off the bench in the blowout win.
Blazers head coach Micah Nori said Thursday that Williams had been dealing with some left knee soreness, so his absence on the injury report is a good sign heading forward.
