What is the story about?
AEW rolled into Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Oregon, for yesterday’s episode of Dynamite, where they also taped Saturday’s (Apr. 25) “Playoff Palooza” episode of Collision.
AEW has advertised multiple matches for this weekend’s show. Let’s see how the results panned out, courtesy of spoilers from PWInsider and Fightful.
- Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood cut an in-ring promo accepting Adam Copeland and Christian Cage’s challenge for a Title vs Career match at Double or Nothing. However, FTR wants it to be an I Quit match.
- The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong) retained the AEW world trios championship with a win over the Don Callis Family (Andrade El Idolo, Lance Archer, Hechicero). Cassidy pinned Archer for the fall.
- Thekla & Skye Blue defeated Persephone & Alex Windsor in a tag team match after Julia Hart spit black mist in Persephone’s eyes.
- The Demand beat Chris Jericho & The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) in a trios match, with Ricochet pinning Jericho again.
- Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia) & The Dogs (David Finlay, Clark Connors) defeated The Rascalz & Young Bucks in a 10-man tag team match.
- Kris Statlander picked up a win against Becca.
- RUSH was victorious against Adam Priest.
