Triple-A Nashville (76-60)
Record this week: 4-2
Second-half record: 32-31
C Jeferson Quero (No. 4): 0-for-15
RHP Craig Yoho (No. 16): 2 1/3 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 3 SO
LHP Robert Gasser (No. 18): 6 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 6 K
Per Brewers manager Pat Murphy, the plan with Gasser going forward this season is to use him as a long reliever. Milwaukee is currently missing Trevor Megill, Nick Mears, DL Hall, Shelby Miller, and Grant Anderson out of their bullpen, with Miller done for the year due to a UCL sprain.
Gasser will definitely get his chance to stick in the Brewers’ rotation, but that chance probably won’t come this year.
1B/OF Tyler Black (No. 24): 5-for-20, 2 2B
RHP Coleman Crow (No. 25): DNP
RHP Chad Patrick: 3.2 IP, 6 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 7 K
7 of Patrick’s 11 outs were via strikeout!!
LHP Tate Kuehner: DNP — Placed on 7-day IL on August 26
1B Rhys Hoskins — REHAB: 3-for-14, 8 K
2B Luis Urias — 6-for-15, 2 2B, HR
Remember him? Urias was released by the A’s last month, signing with the Brewers organization on August 31 to serve as infield depth. He clearly likes it here:
Double-A Biloxi (70-62)
Record this week: 4-2
Second-half record: 28-35
SS Cooper Pratt (No. 3): 0-for-19
Pratt was named the Brewers’ August Minor League Player of the Month after a torrid month. MLB Pipeline’s No. 51 overall prospect slashed .293/.396/.446 with 5 doubles, 3 HR, 18 RBI, and an .842 OPS over 26 games with Biloxi. With Jesus Made on his way to Biloxi (more on that later), Pratt’s days in Double-A might be numbered.
1B/3B Luke Adams (No. 8): Adams has been rehabbing with High-A Wisconsin for the last week and a half. Wisconsin’s season ended today, so Adams should be back in Biloxi next week. Maybe he and Made can carpool!
OF Luis Lara (No. 12): 5-for-22
1B/3B Brock Wilken (No. 17): 5-for-16, 4 BB, 4 K
RHP Tyson Hardin (No. 20): 2 G, 5 1/3 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, 6 K
The Shuckers continue to utilize Hardin in shorter stints since coming off the IL on August 22.
1B Mike Boeve (No. 27): 4-for-13
1B Blake Burke (No. 29): 6-f0r-21, 1 HR
RHP K.C. Hunt: 4 1/3 IP, 8 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 12 K
RHP Brett Wichrowski: 6 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, 3 SO
RHP Jaron DeBerry: 5 1/3 IP, 10 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 3 SO
Pratt wasn’t the only Shucker recognized by the Brewers organization for his outstanding play in the month of August. DeBerry was named the Brewers’ Minor League Pitcher of the Month after going 2-0 with a 1.61 ERA over 28 innings pitched. He led the Southern League in WHIP (0.82) and opponent batting average (.158) in what was his first full month in Double-A ball.
High-A Wisconsin (56-74)
Record this week: 3-3
Second-half record: 22-43
SS Jesús Made (No. 1): 6-for-22
Made was promoted to Double-A Biloxi yesterday after just 108 at-bats in High-A. In his time with the Timber Rattlers, Made had a .915 OPS with 11 extra-base hits. Baseball’s No. 5 prospect is now officially on the Jackson Chourio trajectory, as he joins the Shuckers just in time for the Double-A playoffs.
SS Luis Peña (No. 2): 4-f0r-21, 7 SO
Yesterday’s season finale officially marks the end of Peña’s first season in affiliated ball. Peña finished with a .757 OPS for the season, although his season-long stats are somewhat weighed down by a rough High-A slash line (.168/.220/.297 through 100 at-bats). He’s a reminder that not every prospect is Made. Watch for Peña to come out and start next season as hot as he started this one.
1B/3B Andrew Fischer (No. 6): 8-for-19, 3 2B, 3B
Fischer had his first big week with the Timber Rattlers, hitting over .400 with four extra base hits and a 1.184 OPS.
RHP Bishop Letson (No. 7): 4 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 5 K
C Marco Dinges (No. 10): 4-for-14, 2 HR
2B/SS Josh Adamczewski (No. 13): 2-for-15
It’s been a couple straight rough weeks for Adamczewski, who now has a .542 OPS in his time with Wisconsin. See the Peña section. Adamczewski is too talented of a hitter to stall out at High-A — look for him to adjust early next year.
RHP Manuel Rodriguez: 6 1/3 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 8 K, 1 BB
RHP Travis Smith: 4 1/3 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 5 K
Single-A Carolina (68-60)
Record this week: 3-4
Second-half record: 32-32
OF Braylon Payne (No. 8): 4-for-22, 10 K
SS/3B Brady Ebel (No. 11): 3-for-18, 1 2B
RHP Bryce Meccage (No. 15): 1 IP, 3 K, 0 H, 0 BB
INF Eric Bitonti (No. 19): 10-for-21, 2 2B, HR
Bitonti finishes the year as the Mudcats’ leader in home runs, with 19. No other Mudcat had more than 10.
RHP Ethan Dorchies (No. 21): 6 IP, 4 H, 2 BB, 2 K
OF Jose Anderson (No. 30): 6-for-24, 2 HR
RHP Jayden Dubanewicz: 3 2/3 IP, 6 H, 5 ER, 2 HR, 3 K
SS Filippo Di Turi: 6-for-23
OF Josiah Ragsdale: 7-for-23
Ragsdale, drafted in the seventh round of the 2025 draft, has quickly made an impact in limited time (70 at-bats) with Carolina. He’s hit exactly .300 with a .751 OPS since joining the Mudcats.
One final note: Sunday’s game against the Fredericksburg Nationals was officially the last Mudcats game ever. The Mudcats will move to Wilson, North Carolina next year to become the Wilson Warbirds. They won their final game 6-3.

Player of the Week
Andrew Fischer, who is now hitting .311 with an .848 OPS in 74 at-bats since joining the Brewers organization. Fischer was considered a relatively developed prospect coming out of the University of Tennessee, but you can’t expect anyone to show up in High-A mid-season and put up nearly an .850 OPS. He’s had an impressive start to his time with the Timber Rattlers, showing why he’s already ranked No. 6 in the Brewers’ farm system by MLB Pipeline.
Play of the Week
Luis Lara has won the Play of the Week award more often than any other prospect this season:
