For the third straight weekend to close out the month of December, Juventus claimed three vital points as they inch ever so closer to being in the top four. Of course, the rest of the weekend saw those
teams in front of them all claim points, so it’s not like much changed in the Serie A standings, but the fact still remains that wins are wins.
And this is a club that definitely needs the wins.
Juventus’ win over Pisa’s was a very different kind of win than we saw against Roma seven days earlier. But the end result was the same three points being earned, a momentary jump into the three and more good vibes and momentum being built as Luciano Spalletti takes this squad into the new year.
That’s what he was brought in to do.
And as we head into January in a couple of days, that’s definitely what’s happening.
