The USA Basketball women’s national team defeated the Czech Republic, 105-64 on Monday in Berlin.
Washington Mystics guard Sonia Citron scored 10 points and forward Kiki Iriafen added 7 points, both off the bench. Iriafen also had 11 rebounds. Breanna Stewart led the Americans with 19 points.
For the Czech Republic, Eliska Joklova led with 19 points.
The USA made the quarterfinals and will play on Wednesday. That game will be against the winner of a qualifier game between Tuesday’s game between Hungary
and Japan.
