What is the story about?
Purple Row’s secondary beat of providing a space to follow the inaugural season of the WPBL continues! Now that opening weekend has concluded, all four teams have had a chance to take the field and showcase what they can do.
On Saturday, the Los Angeles Queens came back from an early deficit to defeated the New York Heights 10-8 while battling the wind and rain. Then, on Sunday, the Boston Hunters were left reeling by an 11-3 loss to the powerful San Francisco Firebells lineup.
After a couple of off
days, the Queens and the Hunters match up in each teams second game of the season.
