Maryland men’s basketball locked in a big piece for its future Friday. Four-star 2026 combo guard Kaden House announced his commitment to the Terps, Rivals’ Joe Tipton first reported.
House, the son of former NBA journeyman Eddie House, is a massive get for head coach Buzz Williams. The Arizona product is the 247Sports composite’s No. 39 player and No. 6 combo guard in the 2026 class. House visited College Park in September, also taking trips to TCU, Vanderbilt and St. John’s.
247Sports director of scouting Adam Finkelstein called him “a high-volume scoring guard who plays in almost constant attack mode. He has speed, quickness, and is a constant threat to get a piece of the paint.”
House is the third commit in Maryland’s 2026 class, and first in the top 100. He joins four-star forward Adama Tambedou and three-star forward Austin Brown in Buzz Williams’ first fully-fledged recruiting class.
