Former Bayern Munich prospect Bright Arrey-Mbi could be making the move to West Ham United from Braga (via West Ham Zone):
West Ham are exploring a deal to sign Bright Arrey-Mbi from Braga on deadline day.
Arrey-Mbi only joined Braga last summer from Hannover 96, but West Ham are looking to seal a loan deal for the German defender in the final hours of the window.
The centre-back is a product of Bayern Munich’s academy, and gained many plaudits during his development, notably from Bayern superstar Joshua
Kimmich.
Arrey-Mbi only ever made a singular appearance for the German Champions, but Kimmich was impressed with the defender’s physicality.
Kimmich said: “Bright is already a beast. You can tell that he uses every muscle on his body. It surprised me in training that he’s not shy at all. He really goes into challenges and has a certain calmness on the ball.”
