The Arizona Cardinals had seven draft picks in the 2026 NFL Draft and then followed it up with seven undrafted free agents.
Over the next couple of days we will take a look at each of undrafted free agents to get to know them a bit, but also so they get their chance to show what they’ve done to get here.
Next up, SMU linebacker Cameron Robertson, from the team:
Cameron Robertson (6-4, 260) played the past three seasons at Southern Methodist after spending the first year of his collegiate career at North
Texas. At SMU, he appeared in 38 games and collected 103 tackles (52 solo), 13.0 sacks, 22.5 tackles for loss, three passes defensed, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and one blocked kick. In his final season with the Mustangs, he was a team captain and finished the year with career-highs in tackles (52) and sacks (5.0).
Robertson will bring another long, athletic frame off the edge, the question becomes can he set himself apart from the host of bodies in that room. He has continued to improve in his career and now gets a shot to play at the next level.
Welcome to the desert Cameron.
