It’s a big day for Cartilage Free Captain. Well, I mean EVERY day is a big day for Cartilage Free Captain, it’s transfer deadline day after all, but today’s ALSO a big day for SB Nation. Today, the brand new SB Nation app is live, and it’s the best way to follow Tottenham Hotspur.

A year ago SB Nation made some big changes to our communities, including offering fewer ads and the addition of the Feed. Today, we want to give you even more
community tools and fewer ads with this app. It will make starting and joining conversations here as simple as posting to your favorite social media platform. For those of you who primarily read Carty Free on your phones like a sicko and not on a desktop like innocent and normal fans, this will be of great interest to you.

Why should I download the app?
The app will be the easiest way to interact with everybody else in the community:
- All your favorite teams’ posts in one dedicated feed
- Notifications when someone replies or recs your post
- New game thread section, with an experience that’s smoother and faster than comments in the browser
- Fewer ads
- Easily navigating between your favorite communities with a swipe
It will be the fastest way to read every post from our community. Trust me — I’ve been testing it for about a week now and it’s good. Certainly better than dedicating a tab to your phone’s browser. I’m a desktop purist and even I am using the app whenever I’m not chained to my desk in Chirpy’s dungeon cranking out transfer rumor stories. (He lets me out twice a week for a half hour of exercise.)
How do I download the app?
Head over to the Apple store or the Android store to download the app. Today, the app is only available for US users, but we anticipate a wider release in the near future.
