We recently ran a FEED post in which we asked our community members what one thing would they change about the NFL if they could.
We had many, many great responses and it was a reminder to how passionate fans are about the game and how they want to see it thrive.
There were a lot of great answers. One of the most popular wishes, though, was t remove Roger Goodell as commissioner of the league. I get it. Goodell doesn’t have a lot of fans and as a leader of a polarizing entity of the NFL, there is going
to pressure.
A lot of the proposed changes were rules and official’s based. That too is is understandable official decisions controversies are basiically an every-week occurance in the league. It’s a problem.
One of my favorite responses was to reduce international games. It is getting out of control. But, good luck with that one. The NFL will only increase it’s international presence in the near future.
My wish? Make the draft a one-day event like it used to be. Dripping seven rounds through three days is wasteful. But it will never go back. It’s all about the money.
