What is the story about?

The Jays made a roster move before this afternoon’s game:
- Mason Fluharty was sent down to Buffalo.
- Paxton Schultz was called up.
Fluharty pitched yesterday and the day before. Yesterday didn’t go all that well, getting one out but giving up a hit and an intentional walk. His ERA is 4.94, though yesterday’s run against wasn’t earned, as the run that scored was the Manfred Man.
Schultz last pitched for the Jays on June 28th. He has a 4.56 ERA for the Jays. In Buffalo, hw had a 2.83 ERA. You likely remember he struck out eight batters in his first appearance for the Jays,
in 4.1 innings. Schultz can pitch more than an inning in an outing.
After yesterday’s game, the Jays need a rested arm in the pen.
Today’s lineup. Still no Vlad.
