The Syracuse Orange (0-1, 0-0) return to the JMA Dome for the 2025 home opener on Saturday against the UConn Huskies (1-0).
FanDuel has the Orange as a 7.5 point favorite to win the game and the over/under is set at 58.5. Syracuse did not cover in last week’s 45-26 loss against Tennessee, but the teams went over the total.
Last year the Orange beat UConn 31-24 in the Dome. The Huskies enter the game off a 59-13 win over Central Connecticut State. Quarterback Joe Fagano had three passing touchdowns
in the game and Huskies running back Cam Edwards had 115 yards rushing on six carries.
Jim Mora led UConn to a 9-4 record last year including a win over North Carolina in the Fenway Bowl. Kickoff is at Noon and will be streaming on ACCNX.
