Williams probably won’t see much action in a loaded wide receiver room, he has the size and skill to stick around in the Syracuse locker room.
How’d he get here?: Syracuse survived the northeast battle from Boston College, Penn State and Pitt among other DI schools to get Williams’ commitment.
