ESPN’s BIll Connelly gave a Spring ranking of the projected P4 starting quarterbacks and Syracuse’s Steve Angeli ends up in the top half of the list. Here’s what Bill had to say about Angeli:
We won’t see Angeli this spring, so we’ll be watching Odom and Nelson closely to see how they look directing the Orange. The player who beat out Angeli at Notre Dame, CJ Carr was the top ranked
quarterback by Bill C.
