When most folks think of the Jacksonville Jaguars, the first two names that come to mind are typically Liam Coen and Trevor Lawrence. Maybe Brian Thomas Jr. or Parker Washington. Guys who help put points on the board.
Sneakily, though, the Jags boast one of the most well-rounded
teams in the NFL. Jacksonville joined Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, and Seattle as the only squads to rank in the top half of the league in DVOA efficiency on offense, defense, and special teams last season. (Jacksonville ranked 14th, 6th, and 5th, respectively.) In Liam Coen’s first season as head coach, the Jaguars jumped from 26th to sixth in total DVOA.
Coen managed to retain his head honchos in each unit: offensive coordinator Grant Udinski, defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile, and special teams coordinator Heath Farwell will look to continue climbing the efficiency ladder in 2026.
