Germany is back in action against Greece, and there are plenty of candidates who could steal the show.
Will Florian Wirtz follow up his excellent performance against Serbia with another midfield masterclass? The Liverpool star was Germany’s standout performer last time out and has the freedom to make things happen whenever he gets on the ball.
Or could Aleksandar Pavlović take control in midfield? His performance alongside Wirtz and Tom Bischof against Serbia showed just how much quality and composure
he can bring to the team.
Speaking of Bischof, this is another opportunity for the Bayern Munich youngster to make his mark under Jürgen Klopp. Then there is Lennart Karl, who will be looking to show that his incredible club form can translate to the international stage.
But the candidates do not stop there. Malick Thiaw, Nick Woltemade, Philipp Treu, Finn Jeltsch, and Jonas Urbig could all have their moments against Greece.
Urbig will be particularly interesting after his impressive Germany debut, while Treu and Jeltsch have already shown plenty of promise during this international break.
So, who are you going to predict?
