The NFL has released its second batch of Pro Bowl votes for the 2025 season, which now includes 17 Green Bay Packers who have earned top-10 status at their individual positions, up from 15 last week
. As a reminder, Pro Bowl voting is open for the next week. If you want to vote, you can do so HERE. The fan vote is one-third of the Pro Bowl selection process, along with a player vote and a coaches’ vote.Let’s take a look at how the Packers compare to last week’s tally.
Moving Up
- C Sean Rhyan: 4th (last week: 5th)
- P Daniel Whelan: 4th (LW: 6th)
- T Zach Tom: 6th (LW: 7th)
- QB Jordan Love: 7th (LW: 8th)
- CB Keisean Nixon: 7th (LW: 10th)
- OT Rasheed Walker: 8th (LW: 10th)
- ILB Edgerrin Cooper: 8th (LW: 10th)
- G Aaron Banks: 8th (LW: N/A)
- WR Romeo Doubs: 9th (LW: N/A)
The new players who cracked this
are receiver Romeo Doubs and guard Aaron Banks. I don’t think either are going to receive Pro Bowl honors this year, but shoutout to Packers fans for supporting their guys. At receiver, the only players ahead of Doubs in the vote count right now are Jaxon Smith-Njigba, George Pickens, Puka Nacua, J’Marr Chase, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Tetairoa McMillan, Emeka Egbuka and Drake London. Yes, Doubs is ahead of CeeDee Lamb in the count.
For the most part, the players who are rising up the tally are performing better down the stretch (even in the case of Banks, who had a rough start to the 2025 season). I am surprised that Sean Rhyan ranks so highly at center, though, even though he’s only recently moved to the position after splitting time at right guard before the season-ending injury to Elgton Jenkins.
Moving Down
- LS Matt Orzech: 2nd (LW: 1st)
- SPT Evan Williams: 2nd (LW: 1st)
- FS Evan Williams: 5th (LW: 4th)
- RET Savion Williams: 8th (LW: 7th)
- DT Devonte Wyatt: 10th (LW: 8th)
A lot of the players who are sinking for the Packers make sense, too. Matt Orzech recorded a penalty this week, and he hasn’t had a great season overall. Savion Williams and Devonte Wyatt both missed this week’s action, with Williams being out multiple weeks and Wyatt being placed on the injured reserve.
I think it’s good that safety Evan Williams is getting recognition for his special teams play, but he’s not even the Packers’ most impactful non-specialist or non-returner in the kicking game. To me, Arron Mosby, Zayne Anderson, Bo Melton and Nick Niemann, now on the injured reserve, are more important on special teams.
Staying Steady
- DE Micah Parsons: 1st
- SS Xavier McKinney: 5th
- DE Rashan Gary: 7th
- RB Josh Jacobs: 8th
Micah Parsons remains the top defender in the NFL in the Pro Bowl count. He’s edging out Myles Garrett, who will likely break the single-season sack record this year, at the position. In any other year, Parsons would probably be the front-runner for the NFL’s defensive player of the year award, but it’s just tough to make that case when Garrett is on a historic run. Parsons will probably finish a memorable second in that race.
