What is the story about?

The Indianapolis Colts released their Thursday injury report for week 3 of the NFL season against the Houston Texans.

Wide receiver Keenan Allen (rest) and running back Jonathan Taylor (rest) who were both limited yesterday returned to full participation today. Both should continue to practice on Friday too.

Defensive tackle Grover Stewart (rest) did not practice today. It appears that today is Stewart’s veteran rest day after he practiced

fully yesterday . Stewart will likely follow in Allen and Taylor’s footsteps and practice fully tomorrow.

Cornerback Charvarius Ward (groin) was limited at practice today. Ward missed practice yesterday due to the groin injury. Ward managing a limited practice today gives him a chance to be available Sunday but tomorrow will be a big factor in deciding that.

Wide receivers Ashton Dulin (ankle) and Alex Oierce (heel) were both unable to practice today. Ashton Dulin looks set to miss his second game in the season with an ankle injury. Pierce has landed on injured reserve after re-injuring his heel against the Chiefs. Pierce will be out for a minimum of four games.
