The TCU Horned Frogs welcomed back wide receiver Eric McAlister and running back Kevorian Barnes during their 35-21 win over Colorado on Saturday. Both players had been nursing injuries, with McAlister suffering
a hamstring injury in a walkthrough before the Arizona State game while Barnes had missed multiple games after an injury in the Abilene Christian game. Unfortunately, TCU lost left tackle Ryan Hughes to what appears to be a season-ending leg injury. With the Kansas State game set to kickoff in two days, here’s the most recent injury report as the Horned Frogs prepare to take on the Wildcats in Manhattan on Saturday morning.

The Horned Frogs will once again be without wide receiver Jordyn Bailey, who has missed the last four games, and cornerback Elijah Jackson, who has played in just one game since transferring in from Washington. TCU will likely be without cornerback Avery Helm, who hasn’t played since the Abilene Christian game. Lastly, the Horned Frogs will once again be without kicker Kyle Lemmermann, who has missed the last four games with a leg injury.
The good news for TCU is that neither McAlister nor Barnes are listed on this report. Moreover, TCU will have defensive lineman Ansel Din-Mbuh back after he missed the game against Colorado. On the Kansas State side, the most notable player listed is running back Dylan Edwards, who has been banged up for most of this season. A Colorado transfer, Edwards is questionable and his absence could be good fortune for the Horned Frogs.
