UFC veteran Mike Trizano has found a new home in bare-knuckle fighting after scoring his second win in BKFC — this time with a brutal one-punch knockout just 20 seconds into the opening round.
Taking on
fellow BKFC vetearn J.C. Deleon on the BKFC 82 main card, Trizano stepped back after an early exchange and then just launched a devastating straight right hand that absolutely demolished Deleon.
As soon as Deleon hit the canvas, it looked like the fight was over but the referee started to give him the mandatory 10-count despite the lightweight struggling to turn over or even attempt to crawl to his feet. That was enough for the referee to decide the fight was over as he called a stoppage with Trizano immediately jumping up in celebration.
The official stoppage came at just 20 seconds into the first round.
The replay showed that Trizano effectively only threw that one punch and thats put Deleon down and out for the knockout victory.
Now 2-0 in BKFC with both fights ending in nasty first-round knockouts, Trizano has immediately become an impact player with the promotion after spending four years in the UFC, which included a stint on The Ultimate Fighter season 27.
