BKFC is on the hunt for the world’s baddest man, and Conor McGregor is going to help them find him.
McGregor is a co-owner of BKFC and spent a good amount of his 2025 showing up to the promotion’s events and press conferences to increase their visibility. That won’t be changing in 2026, despite the Mac’s insistence he’ll be fighting at the UFC’s big White House event in June. In addition to training for that big comeback, “The Notorious” will now be filming a docu-series to set up BKFC’s long-awaited
World’s Baddest Man Tournament.
“We just recently entered into an agreement with Kiss Fly Productions for a docu-series that’s going to start in May of 2026,” BKFC president David Feldman said on Instagram. “It will kick off the World’s Baddest Man Tournament, a $25 million tournament, the highest prize in any fighting tournament in history.”
“We will search the world. We’re going all over the globe to find who will be named the World’s Baddest Man,” he continued. “The docu-series will follow these fighters throughout the journey. Conor McGregor is going to be the host of the show. It’s going to be an amazing show, and we’re really looking forward to seeing what it has in store for us in 2026.”
Sports docu-series are the new rage these days after Formula 1: Drive to Survive helped blow F1 racing’s popularity into the stratosphere. BKFC could use a bit of that shine. Despite growing rapidly and having a lot of success, it always feels like a few bad gates or big bookings that don’t pay off could knock things off kilter.
A $25 million dollar tournament would certainly qualify there, and David Feldman has been preparing to launch the World’s Baddest Man’ tournament since 2024. They’ve now got a plan for May 2026. They’ve got a production company that worked on American Chopper and Monster Garage for a docu-series. And they’ve got Conor McGregor. Let’s see how it plays out for them.
