La Liga’s 2025-26 season is officially over which means individual awards are now being handed out to some of the division’s best players.
Barcelona have already been crowned champions again, while Joan Garcia has won the Zamora Trophy given to the goalkeeper with the lowest goals-to-games ratio.
Lamine Yamal and Ferran Torres have also been handed an award, taking home the Zarra Trophy as the top Spanish goalscorers in La Liga.
Torres ended the campaign with 16 goals from 33 La Liga outings, while Yamal finished with the same amount of goals from 28 appearances in the Spanish top flight.
The Barcelona stars ended the season just above Real Sociedad forward Mikel Oyarzabal (15) and Celta Vigo’s Borja Iglesias (14) as the top Spanish scorers in La Liga.
Both Ferran and Yamal will now shortly head to the World Cup with Spain and will be eyeing more silverware. Luis de la Fuente’s side are one of the big favorites for glory at this summer’s tournament.
