The Dodgers minor league affiliates have completed their seasons. I want to thank everyone who has made supportive comments after my articles, I really enjoyed doing the writing. Hopefully, this will be another World Championship season for the big club, and I really like their chances.
Triple-A Oklahoma City
In the final game of the season, the Oklahoma City Comets outhit the Tacoma Rainiers 10-3, but lost the game 3-1. Esteury Ruiz hit the second pitch of the game for his 16th home run, and the Comets were
done scoring for the game. On the pitching side, there were appearances by a lot of pitchers vying for a spot on the Dodgers’ postseason roster. Andrew Heaney started, pitched two innings, and gave up his first run in four appearances for the Comets. Kyle Hurt pitched a perfect inning. Brock Stewart pitched a scoreless inning, giving up one hit. Roki Sasaki needed just eight pitches to record three outs. And Bobby Miller walked one and struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning.
