We still have one major event to go in the roster acquisition phase of the offseason. The draft can alter the future for a franchise, so nothing is locked in yet. There could also be a major trade that happens. But much of who an NFL team will be in 2026 is already in place.
Based on that, we wanted to see how the fanbase was feeling about the Dallas Cowboys heading into the 2026 season. Specifically, we wanted to know how many wins you think they will get this season.
The Cowboys finished a very frustrating
2025 season with a 7-9-1 record. Obviously they missed the playoffs. The majority of fans (42%) have the 9-10 win range as the mark in 2026. Three teams in 2025 made the playoffs with 10 or fewer wins. A healthy 36% of fans have 11 to 12 wins as the Cowboys mark in 2026. That would almost certainly put them back in the playoffs.
Over at FanDuel, they have the line for the Cowboys at 8.5 wins: -145 for over and +125 for under.
