The Carolina Panthers and the Arizona Cardinals are opening the 2026 NFL preseason tonight in the annual Hall of Fame Game. Starters are not expected to play for the Panthers, so that means no Bryce Young, no first round pick Monroe Freeling, and no Tetairoa McMillan on offense.
That does mean we might get a shot at seeing Jonathon Brooks in action alongside guys we are hoping to see take a jump this season like Brycen Tremayne, Mitchell Evans, and Ja”Tavion Sanders. We’ll also see plenty of Lathan
Ransom and Demani Richardson at safety to see if there is any threat to Nick Scott’s starting position this season.
It’s the preseason, so remember that we are watching for superlative individual performances first and general team performance second.
