Logan Paul finally unmasked the mysterious vigilante who has been targeting The Vision. As it turns out, he is close to former Vision leader, Seth Rollins.
According to Fightful, the assailant was Don Furio, a student at Rollins’s Black & Brave Wrestling Academy. Furio, largely unknown to WWE audiences, was never identified by name on commentary. His appearance comes as Rollins says he is close to returning to WWE
.The long-awaited unmasking capped a chaotic
Friday Night SmackDown that opened with Jey Uso being loaded into an ambulance after an attack by an unknown assailant. With Uso unable to compete in Saturday’s Elimination Chamber match, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis booked a final qualifier between Logan Paul and Jacob Fatu.
During the match, a masked, hooded Furio attacked Austin Theory at ringside. Paul stopped him before Furio could hit a Curb Stomp and ripped off his mask. Security escorted Furio out, and Paul later defeated Fatu after outside interference from Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.
Furio’s Instagram bio mentions “Nightmare Factory” and “Black & Brave trained.” A photo shows him working as a security guard in NXT last year.
The masked man angle began at Survivor Series, when a mystery figure helped The Vision win WarGames. He was later revealed as Theory, who joined the faction. The story appeared finished until another masked attacker emerged at the Royal Rumble to take out Bron Breakker.
Whether Friday’s reveal ends the saga or sets the stage for Rollins’ return remains unclear.
