Bayern Munich is gearing up for the 2026/27 season and one of the biggest positives from the summer window is that Michael Olise is staying put despite persistent rumors about a transfer to Real Madrid. A reporter went one step further by asking Vincent Kompany about a sensitive topic surrounding Olise, but the Bayern coach wasn’t having any of it.
“The topic was never open for me. And anything else, private life is private life. It’s none of your concern,” Kompany said flatly (as captured by X account

For context: Olise is, apparently, guilty of doing the same thing as João Palhinha, as in completely ignoring his kid. The difference here is that Olise’s side of things isn’t confirmed, it is speculative at most and there’s no solid evidence backing up the accusations; no one knows whether Olise does have a kid or not. Besides that, the coach is the least likely to know anything about it.
