What is the story about?
Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels suffered what looked to be a significant injury at the end of the first half of Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.
He was carted off the field in clear pain with that looked like an left arm or elbow injury. The Commanders have not yet announced the nature of the injury.
Daniels dislocated his left elbow last season, which eventually cut his 2025 campaign short.
Daniels slipped taking the final snap of the first half and he stuck out his arm to brace himself.
His elbow looked out of play after watching the replay.
Overall, this is disastrous news for the Commanders and their quarterback, who was excellent in the first half.
