The Michigan Wolverines are back at The Big House this weekend to take on the Indiana Hoosiers, but they will be back on the road for just the second time this season when they take on Rutgers in New Jersey on Halloween.
Up until now, we had no clue what time the game against Rutgers would start or where we could even watch the game. Now, we have all those answers, as the Big Ten announced the start times and TV designations for games being played on Halloween weekend. Michigan at Rutgers will kickoff
at 12:30 p.m. and be aired on BTN.
Rutgers is having yet another season to forget under Greg Schiano in his second stint as head coach. The Scarlet Knights are 2-4 right now after beating another reeling program in Maryland over the weekend, 37-30. Rutgers is led by quarterback Dylan Lonergan, who is completing 58.3 percent of his passes this season for 1,066 yards, 10 touchdowns and six interceptions. Running back Antwan Raymond (105 carries, 498 yards, five touchdowns) and wide receiver KJ Duff (42 catches, 741 yards, nine touchdowns) are two other names to know on offense.
Michigan is 9-1 in the all-time series against Rutgers. The last time these two teams faced off was in 2023, with the Wolverines winning that one by a final score of 31-7. Michigan has not lost to Rutgers since the dreaded 2014 season, with that one also having been played in Pistacaway.
