Florida State has added a JUCO linebacker to #Tribe26, with Chris Thomas signing with the Seminoles on Friday.
Thomas is a 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker from Northwest Mississippi Community College and should have two years of eligibility remaining. He tore his ACL in November and recently had surgery, but is expected to be ready for the 2026 season.
In his second year of JUCO this past fall, Thomas collected 39 tackles (8.5 for loss), two sacks and a forced fumble. As a freshman in 2024, he notched
14 tackles (three for loss) and a sack.
