On Saturday night Collision (Oct. 11, 2025), AEW went on a matchmaking frenzy for this upcoming week on television and PPV. Here’s the rundown of newly advertised matches for Dynamite, the PPV pre-show, and WrestleDream.
AEW Dynamite & Collision three-hour block on Wednesday, October 15 on TBS:
- AEW World Trios Championship: Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, & Will Hobbs (c) vs. Rush, Dralistico, & Beast Mortos (Hangman Page on commentary)
- Kenny Omega & Jurassic Express vs. Mark Davis, Hechicero, & Josh Alexander
- Hurt Syndicate vs. GOA
- Claudio Castagnoli vs. Roderick Strong
- Orange Cassidy & Kyle O’Reilly vs. Wheeler Yuta & Daniel Garcia
- Skye Blue vs. Jamie Hayter
- Kris Statlander & Toni Storm Famous Last Words
- Jon Moxley & Darby Allin Face-to-Face (no physicality)
AEW Tailgate Brawl on Saturday, October 18 on TNT (PPV pre-show):
- FTR vs. JetSpeed
- Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford vs. Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron
AEW WrestleDream on Saturday, October 18 on PPV:
- Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, & MVP) vs. The Demand (Ricochet & GOA)
- Thekla vs. Jamie Hayter
Shibata took notice of Rush, so the challenge was made for the AEW World Trios Championship for Dynamite.
Shibata said it could be any combination of LFI. The match graphic showed the luchador core without Sammy Guevara, but the combo could change between now and then.
Kota Ibushi was injured in his match against Josh Alexander. Mark Davis returned to dish out extra punishment, so Kenny Omega ran out for the save. Backstage, Omega was ready to fight the Callis Family once again. Jack Perry offered backup, but Omega doesn’t trust him. Perry made a convincing case that they have the same enemies. Omega is low on friends at the moment, so he will let Perry prove his value. Omega & Jurassic Express will battle Davis, Alexander, & Hechicero on Dynamite.
The Demand aren’t finished with the Hurt Syndicate. Ricochet and GOA want more chaos. That leads to GOA versus Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin for Dynamite and the Demand versus the full Hurt Syndicate with MVP for WrestleDream.
The Conglomeration and Conglomeration adjacent still want to fight the Death Riders, so that spins off into two matches for Dynamite. Roderick Strong versus Claudio Castagnoli in singles action, and Orange Cassidy & Kyle O’Reilly versus Wheeler Yuta & Daniel Garcia in tag team action.
Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata dished out payback to attack the Triangle of Madness backstage. Hayter will have a double dose of Madness when she wrestle Skye Blue on Dynamite and Thekla at WrestleDream. This is all in the lead up to Blood & Guts.
In trios action, the Top Gods made Willow Nightingale & JetSpeed bow down in defeat. The numbers were too much with Stokely Hathaway and Penelope Ford interfering. Harley Cameron made the save to help Willow after the match, and that sets up bouts for Tailgate Brawl (PPV pre-show). The feuds continue with FTR versus JetSpeed as well as Megan Bayne & Ford versus Willow & Harley.
