Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl is on record as saying the club will not engage in much buying during the winter transfer window, but selling? That could be a different story.
While most
players appear to be content, there could be a few looking to leave the club.
“There could always be a player who is perhaps a little bit less satisfied and who, when the injured players return, says: I want to do something different,” Eberl told Sport1 (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
The biggest candidates for a move appear to be right-back Sacha Boey and goalkeeper Daniel Peretz, who is already in the midst of an unsuccessful loan stint with Hamburger SV.
Whether or not any moves actually happen will depend on the market. Bayern Munich paid an astounding €30 million for Boey back in 2024, while Peretz figures to have no future in Bavaria and might not have any market value at the moment.
For Peretz, another loan could be the most likely scenario.
