They are demons and they’re gonna be chasing after someone!
Today, those someones are the Arizona Diamondbacks, who are still in town after taking Friday night’s series opener in the most birthday-present of ways. They’ll be sending righty Mike Soroka to the mound, which he’ll share to begin Saturday’s game with Cincinnati Reds righty Rhett Lowder.
Dear god, I hope Lowder can finally find the strike zone again, since if he doesn’t we’ll
be forced to watch the Cincinnati bullpen cover over half a game again, and nobody’s got any more time for that.
First pitch in this one is scheduled for 4:10 PM ET, and thankfully coverage of today’s game is back to the usual Reds broadcast after Friday’s Apple TV broadcast.
