As we begin the Thanksgiving Day week the NFL will also wind down week 12 of the season. The Carolina Panthers come into this week at 6-5 and fresh off a victory over divisional foe, the Atlanta Falcons, 30-27. With the Tampa Bay Buccaneers dropping their game yesterday the Panthers enter this game tied with the Bucs for first place. The hosting 49ers sit at 7-4 following their blowout win over their divisional rival, the Arizona Cardinals, 41-22 last week. The 49ers come into this game in third
place in the NFC West, one game back of the Seattle Seahawks and two back of the Los Angeles Rams.
