Conor Benn made his $15 million Netflix debut earlier today (Sat., April 11, 2026) from inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England, but some of the biggest names in boxing were not impressed.
Today was a big opportunity for Benn for more than one reason. Not only was this Benn’s official debut on Netflix and on a Tyson Fury undercard, but the 29-year-old was cashing in on his highly-controversial one-fight contract with Zuffa Boxing, which is worth a shocking $15 million. That number surprised
many in not only the boxing community, but more importantly among UFC fighters who have been trying to get more money from Dana White and company for years.
Benn, who was coming off a decision win over Chris Eubank Jr. in a rematch last November, was the betting favorite to take care of former two-division champion, Regis Prograis, who was rumored to be bringing an injury into the fight. As expected, Benn was able to have his way with Prograis over the course of 10 rounds. It wasn’t pretty, though, as Benn struggled to really hurt Prograis and force an early end to the fight.
During and after the fight, some of boxing’s biggest names chimed in to share their disgust for Benn’s performance. This included the likes of Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney, and Shakur Stevenson.

Even Benn’s former boxing promoter, Matchroom’s Eddie Hearn, was yawning ringside watching the disappointing Netflix co-main event. Check it out below:
