The Miami Dolphins completely overhauled their front office this offseason and that process began during the season last year. Then general manager Chris Grier was fired at the end of October and Mike McDaniel was relieved of head coaching duties after the season came to an end. The Dolphins are hoping to adopt the Green Bay Packers way as the team hired GM Jon-Eric Sullivan and HC Jeff Hafley, both of whom worked together in Green Bay.
The Dolphins roster also went through quite a few changes headlined
by the releases of QB Tua Tagovailoa and WR Tyreek Hill. During the McDaniel era, the Dolphins were classified as a soft football team. They couldn’t play in the cold weather, and they got beat up when they had to play more physical teams. Sullivan and Hafley are hoping to bring a tough, physical approach to this team now.
