Victory Road got hot in a hurry.
TNA added several matches, a guest referee, and a stipulation to the special event stemming from action on Impact (Sep. 11, 2025). The updated card for Victory Road on September 26 includes:
- Knockouts Championship: Ash by Elegance (c) vs. Masha Slamovich in No DQ with Indi Hartwell as special referee
- X-Division Championship: Leon Slater (c) vs. Myron Reed
- Knockouts Tag Team Championship: Heather & M by Elegance (c) vs. The IInspiration
- Moose vs. Mustafa Ali
The night turned frustrating in a hurry for the Elegance Brand. It actually started bright for them when M cheated to help Heather pin Jessie McKay in a singles victory. Santino Marella was not on board with those shenanigans, so he ordered an impromptu singles match between M and Cassie
Lee. The IInspiration were ready this time to combat the cheating. Jessie handled M, so Cassie could earn the win clean over Heather.
Backstage, the Personal Concierge complained to Santino, but he ended up digging the hole deeper for his squad. The Personal Concierge was concerned about a stipulation to protect Ash from the barbaric Masha Slamovich at Victory Road, so Santino made it a No DQ Match by Elegance. When the Personal Concierge kept chirping about how the referee won’t be able to control that action, Santino dubbed Indi Hartwell as the special referee. Hartwell claimed that she would call it down the middle, even though, she has a conflict of interest as the official challenger at Bound For Glory. On top of that, Santino also booked Heather and M into a tag title defense against the IInspiration at Victory Road. Santino is a funny guy.
Leon Slater will defend the X-Division Championship against Myron Reed at Victory Road. The Young Goat earned the shot in victory over Jake Something, Trey Miguel, and Zachary Wentz. This was an interesting take on the four-way concept considering the Rascalz are all teammates. Whenever Jake flexed his muscle for powerhouse offense, the Rascalz worked together to take him out. In the end, Wentz hit the UFO cutter, but Trey pulled him out of the ring on the pin. Reed picked his spot for a springboard 450 on Jake to win. Slater versus Reed is going to be fire. Two thumbs up for that matchmaking.
A grudge is developing between Moose and Mustafa Ali in the faction battle between the System and Order 4. Moose wrestled AJ Francis on Impact with Ali joining commentary. Ali picked his spot to interfere, but that tactic backfired when he accidentally kicked Francis. Moose won with a spear, then he called out Ali for a fight at Victory Road. That is another contest with high potential to entertain.
