Swept by Mets, Guardians Somehow Feel Worse than When They Lost Ten In a Row Last Year

I am about to put as much effort into this game recap as the Guardians put into this game.

The Guardians lost 13-6. The hapless New York Mets swept them and it didn’t look particularly difficult.

Foster Griffin was bad. Hopefully that does not continue.

Nathaniel Lowe was great. Thanks for giving a darn, Nate.

They cannot continue to throw Tim Herrin out there. He is awful. Go get Daniel Espino back up here.

Travis Bazzana looks frantically lost. Probably time to let him take a breath in Columbus. Get

Daniel Schneemann back up for Petey Halpin and call up Cooper Ingle for Bazzana and let Ingle DH. I am still confident in Bazzana as a hitter but something is not right and he looks desperate.

They are now going to play the White Sox in Chicago. Some may be expecting them to finally right the ship, but the evidence I see points more to a team about to crash and burn. Hope I’m wrong.
