The Pittsburgh Steelers signed linebacker Malik Harrison last offseason to a two-year, $10 million deal, which was a signing that came with some annoyance from the fan base. It wasn’t so much a jab at Harrison,
but he was signed while the Steelers let Elandon Roberts leave in free agency.
While the Steelers have a wild card game to look forward to on Monday, Over The Cap released its list of 100 cut candidates, and Harrison made the list for Pittsburgh. None of his 2026 salary is guaranteed, and the Steelers could look elsewhere for more productive depth at the position. He finished the regular season with 28 tackles.
The Steelers will look to end their playoff-win drought on Monday night. Should they lose to Houston, that streak reaches nine seasons without a playoff win.
