WWE went with a youth movement with the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match at this year’s Money in the Bank premium live event tonight (Sat., Oct. 10, 2026) at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sol Ruca, Lash Legend, Jacy Jayne, Lola Vice, Roxanne Perez, and Tiffany Stratton were the six names who won triple threat matches to qualify.
The future is now.
It took almost no time at all for the first really bad bump of the match. Stratton went up top a ladder and dove onto the group
of women on the outside. But her push off the ladder was bad, and when she came down she landed flat on her back on the floor, instantly sitting up holding the back of her head.
The good news is she got right back up from it.
They didn’t slow down with the big spots, as the car crash continued in the form of Ruca being trapped holding onto the briefcase after a ladder was moved out from under her and simply accepting her fate, falling into three women below. They actually caught her, at least.
Later still, Ruca hit a huge splash from the top rope through a ladder bridged from the ring to the commentary desk. Legend took every bit of it too. Rough!
Maybe the craziest bump came when Vice put Jayne in a chokehold on top of a ladder and then fell backwards onto another ladder bridged in the ring, which then went backwards and slid the two out of it for a nasty landing on the floor on the outside. Planned? I don’t know, but it was insane.
Ruca hit a Sol Snatcher that made a ton of sense on Perez but was herself taken out by Legend, who climbed the ladder and was met by Stratton, who used the briefcase as a weapon to knock Lash off. That left Tiffy all alone at the top, with everyone else taken out.
Stratton did the damn thing and won the briefcase for the second time.
