In this week’s SB Nation Reacts survey, we asked if you thought Washington Wizards forward AJ Dybantsa will win the 2026-27 NBA Rookie of the Year. Our respondents were split, but a majority of 56 percent believe that Dybantsa, the No. 1 pick in the 2026 Draft, will be the Rookie of the Year when it is all said and done.
FanDuel sportsbook isn’t quite so optimistic. I couldn’t see any recent updates since we’re in the NBA’s Dog Days of
Summer, but Cam Boozer was the favorite at +300 while Dybantsa isn’t far behind at +400.
We’re just under a couple of months away from the NBA season, so we’ll see the question get settled once and for all soon enough.
