What is the story about?
Welcome
to the league where this week Boston College has CFP aspirations ….whoops sorry about that Eagles fans.
Let’s get to this week’s ACC power rankings:
- Miami
- Look if the refs are helping Miami stay at #1, we should applaud Jim Phillips for finally figuring things out
- Wake Forest
- How does a team with only a loss to #1 find itself behind not one, not two, but three two-loss SEC teams?
- SMU
- We all know this ends up- SMU beats Wake and then people on ESPN say it proves the ACC isn’t that good.
- Louisville
- Could potentially run the table the rest of the way and find themselves in the ACCCG.
- Virginia Tech
- James Franklin is already complaining about the airports. Who knew he was so passionate about regional aviation
- Duke
- That 47-2 final was in fact an ACC Scorigami
- Clemson
- Dabo ends the Norvell era and the Tigers are still alive for the ACCCG.
- North Carolina
- Man if Bill and Jordon can’t make, what hope do any of us have?
- Boston College
- A rough loss and now they get the dreaded Interim HC next
- Pittsburgh
- Bounced back in a big way
- Virginia
- If you combined the Virginia OL and SMU DL, you’d be eligible for full Medicare benefits
- Syracuse
- Did the Etsy Witch manifestation include a win over Dabo?
- California
- We can only assume there’s some sort of Bay Area Witch that has cast a spell to give those schools wins in the Dome
- NC State
- Got that Interim HC bump, but Phillip Rivers? Really that’s some Syracuse MBB type of HC search
- Stanford
- A week off before they fly back east to take on the Hokies. James Franklin is already mapping out the best connecting flights for them.
- Florida State
- Does Norvell get to swap jobs with Jimbo or does he have to duel Doeren for the ACC Network gig?
- Georgia Tech
- Hotlanta is how we’d describe Brett Key’s seat

What did we get wrong this week?
